Interviews and selections

Following our selection of staff, all applicants are required to provide satisfactory evidence of the following:

  • CRB checks
  • Certificates of training
  • Confirmation of claimed qualifications
  • Declaration of physical and mental fitness
  • Proof of identification (Driving licence, passport, birth certificate)
  • 3 current passport photographs
  • National insurance card / number
  • Updated curriculum vitae
  • Bank details and statement
  • Documentation showing eligibility to work in this country eg: work permit/Visa status
  • The names and addresses of two people for professional references, covering them for up to 3 years

Our well-trained recruitment consultants go through these documents and screen them in a non-discriminatory, and professional manner, check provided references ensuring their authenticity and suitability. Based on their assessment, the applicant with the right documents is then short-listed for the interview and selection stage.

Recruitment Solutions

 

  • A dedicated Account Manager, who co-ordinates our client’s recruitment requirements from start to finish -briefing all Dennyson Care employees involved.
  • The administration of potential employees’ applications is processed through our in-house recruitment software providing a complete audit trail, monitoring and useful Management Information and reporting for clients.
  • Successful candidates are screened using client’s briefing criteria.
  • Dennyson Care will only provide staff that meet all the specified criteria for the role.
