6. Two professional references
Referee 1 should be your most recent employer. Referee 2 may be a previous employer or, if unavailable, a professional referee who knows your work and can comment on your suitability for care. Tell us below if you need to discuss an alternative.
7. Safeguarding and DBS
Answer in relation to the role you are applying for. Do not disclose protected or filtered convictions or cautions. The level of DBS check and any barred-list check depend on the role’s eligibility; the recruitment team will confirm these with you.
Working in regulated activity
