Dennyson Care is recruiting Registered General Nurses to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses with up-to-date clinical knowledge and experience in home care or community care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Monitor and assess clients’ health conditions and respond to changing needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support care staff with clinical guidance and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment.
• Participate in care planning, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Uphold professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid NMC registration (RN1 or RN2).
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A patient-centred approach with a genuine passion for care.
• The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to travel locally and adapt to clients’ individual needs.
• Experience in community or domiciliary care is an advantage, but not essential.
