This DennysonCare role is for compassionate and skilled Carers to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Our Carers play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence while receiving the care they need in a comfortable, familiar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including light exercise.
  • Administer medication in line with care plans and training provided.
  • Prepare meals and assist with eating, as required.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation after each visit.
  • Work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure quality care.

  • Caring, patient, and respectful in all interactions.
  • A good communicator with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Able to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
  • Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to travel locally for home visits (a driving licence is a plus).
  • Experience and training requirements depend on the vacancy; our team will confirm these before you apply.
