Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including light exercise.
• Administer medication in line with care plans and training provided.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating, as required.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation after each visit.
• Work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure quality care.

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential—we provide full training.
